In my years as an internet seller, I have found the US Postal Service to be reliable, quick and reasonably priced. Your items will be carefully wrapped and shipped in a bubble mailer envelope via First Class.
Returns
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, please contact me with your concern and give me a chance to make it right. If we can't come to an agreement, I will refund your purchase price. The item must be returned in the condition and packaging that it was sent to you, postmarked and insured, within 10 days of the original shipment date. Your refund will come to you in the same form as your original payment. I will not refund any shipping costs.
I pride myself in quality craftsmanship, so if something you purchase from me is defective I will repair it at no charge. If, however, the damage is a result of unusual wear and tear, I will repair it, but there will be a charge. All shipping back to me will be your responsibility.
