Hi!! Welcome to casual gal! Here in my shop you will find one-of-a-kind sterling silver jewelry and accessories. I take pride in each piece of jewelry I create and I guarantee quality craftsmanship. In my years as an internet seller, I have found the US Postal Service to be very reliable and quick. Your items will be carefully wrapped and shipped in a bubble mailer envelope via First Class or Priority mail box, depending on the item purchased. If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, please call or email me with your concern and give me a chance to make it right. If we can't come to an agreement, I will refund your purchase price. The item must be returned in the condition and packaging that it was sent to you, postmarked and insured, within 10 days of the original shipment date. Your refund will come to you in the same form as your original payment. I will not refund any shipping costs. I pride myself in quality craftsmanship, so if something you purchase from me is defective I will repair it at no charge. If, however, the damage is a result of unusual wear and tear, I will repair it, but there will be a charge. All shipping back to me will be your responsibility. I welcome special requests, and would love to work with you on creating a special piece for you.
